Healthy Chocolate Recipe:
Take equal quantities of organic virgin coconut oil and plain unsweetened cocoa powder, mix well as the oil softens; then add a few drops of honey or stevia to sweeten. Place in a flat tray and refrigerate. As the chocolate starts to hardens, score into squares and put back in the refrigerator. For variety, add dried cranberries, almond flakes or even a little chilli. If you love it as much as I do, you may not even get to the "refrigerate" portion! Every ingredient is extremely health to eat to your heart's content! Enjoy!
